Mr.Kalyan Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the orders refusing approval.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioners may assail the order of approval as may be permissible in law. No costs.
