PER COURT :- The petitioners, who were appointed from the reserved category, have approached this Court, pointing out, noncompliance of the order of the Division bench of this Court dated 17.3.2017.

Pursuant to the notice ordered by this Court, the Education Officer Mr. Sandeepkumar S. Sontakke is personally present in the Court and has tendered unconditional apology through his advocate. The present Education Officer Mr. Prashant Digraskar, has, earlier, filed affidavit on 13.2.2019, demonstrating the compliance of the order. Though this Court ordered expeditious disposal, the present respondent, who is personally present, has failed to decide the claim of the petitioners for a period from 17.3.2017 to 10.8.2017.

Of course, the grievance of the petitioners is redressed,

Considering the fact that the respondent Education Officer who is personally present in the Court, has tendered an unconditional apology and assured this Court that, he shall be diligent and prompt in complying with the orders of the Court, the Court accepts the unconditional apology. Respondent as such, stands discharged from the Contempt petition. As such, the contempt petition is disposed of.
