When the matter was called out, it is informed that the parties have settled the matter out of the Court. The main proceeding that was filed by the wife itself is now withdrawn. An order passed by learned JMFC, Court No. 5, Dhule in Criminal Misc. Application No.1118 of 2022 is taken on record. It is submitted that though in the prayer clause Criminal Misc. Application No.112 of 2014 before the Court of learned JMFC, Court No.2 Shirpur is mentioned, it is renumbered as Criminal Misc. Application No. 1118 of 2022 after it was transferred to the Court of learned JMFC, Court No.5, Dhule. Copies of the order are taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification.

In view of the amicable settlement, nothing survives in the writ petition and same is disposed off.
