Vide the present writ petition the Petitioners seek direction to forthwith postpone the proposed election to the Managing Committee of Respondent No. 4, Agricultural Produce Market Committee till election of 53 Village Panchayats falling under the jurisdiction of area of operation of Respondent No. 4 are held. 2.

This court in its order dated September 10th, 2015, has observed that the process of election would be completed within 6 months.
