By this application, the applicant prays for extension of time for complying with the order dated 12/06/2015.

Mr.Shahane, learned Advocate submits that the applicant should make a positive statement as regards the compliance of the directions of this Court dated 12/06/2015 passed in WP No.8000/2013.

The applicants submit that the amount would be positively paid to the non-applicant within 3 weeks.
