Having heard this matter for some time and with the assistance of the learned Advocates for the respective sides, having perused the record made available, we find that there are a host of disputed issues involved in this matter. Several persons are likely to claim rights over the writ property. There would have to be a joint measurement of all the lands so as to fix the boundaries.

Since such disputed questions cannot be gone into, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court and seek appropriate orders by filing a Civil Suit. All contentions are kept open.
