The deceased Namdeo Vishwanathrao Jadhav was in service with the special school as a Peon in Kai. Ramrao Kanhekar Ashtivyang Vidyalaya Rani-Sawargaon, Tq. Gangakhed Dist. Parbhani. The husband of the petitioner died during service. 2.

Mr. Irale Patil, learned counsel submits that name of the petitioner be included in the seniority list of the persons to be absorbed on compassionate ground.

The legal heir cannot be included. At the most, legal heir can file application for compassionate appointment that too if same is
