At the time of filing of the appeal, the appellant was directed to deposit certain amount in this Court.

Accordingly, the amount has been deposited in this Court. The appeal is already dismissed. Learned Counsel for the claimant states that the claimant is 70 years old and will not be able to travel up to Aurangabad for collecting the amount and prays for transfer of the amount to the concerned Tribunal.

Therefore, the amount be transferred to the concerned Tribunal, where the amount would be collected by the claimant.
