The applicants are seeking quashment of the crime. Their learned advocate makes a statement that the Investigating Officer has filed a B summery report.

Learned A. P. P. also on instructions submits that the B summary report was filed by the I. O. bearing No. 87/2023 dated 21 August 2023.

Considering aforementioned facts and circumstances, if at all the investigating officer has filed a B summary report as is

2 cri appln 2192.23 being mentioned, it would be open for the respondent No. 2/informant to protest it. Learned advocate for the applicants undertakes to serve a copy of the report to the learned advocate for the respondent No. 2.
