Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Already Sessions Case no. 151 of 2007 is pending before the Sessions Court, Aurangabad. We are not inclined to entertain this petition. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the applicants are regularly attending the trial court as and when date is fixed by the Trial Court. In that view of

crwp836.16 the matter, the Trial Court can call back the record sent to the High Court and proceed with the trial.

Upon receiving the letter from the Sessions Court, Aurangabad, the Registry to send back the original record to the concerned Court. 3.

With the above observations, the Petition stands rejected.
