The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the indulgence of this Court, the property of Kedar Bhavanidas Kulkarni has been demolished. He places before us 2 colour photographs on one sheet to indicate the structure prior to the demolition. Same is marked as "X-1" for identification. He then places on record 2 colour photographs on one sheet which indicate the situation post demolition. The same is taken on record and marked as "X-2" for identification. 2.
