On 24/03/2021, we had passed the following order :- "1.

We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. We have perused the FIR. It is contended that the petitioner is in no-way connected with Shubh Kalyan Multi-State Co-operative Credit Society, Limited Bank. It is further state that if the petitioner's signature appears in connection with this Bank or if his designation in connection with this Bank, is disclosed in any document, this Court may dismiss this petition.

We, therefore, call upon the learned prosecutor to take instructions and get the record, till the next date. 3.

We make it clear that if the petitioner is found to be connected with the said Bank, we would be dismissing this petition by imposing costs of Rs.1,00,000/- on the petitioner. 4.

Stand over to 06-04-2021, in the urgent admissions category."

On 06/04/2021, after perusing of charge-sheet papers, we had passed the following order :- "1.

Pursuant to our order dated 24-03/2021, the learned Prosecutor has shown us the charge-sheet papers and it appears that the petitioner is one of the Managers of the Shubh Kalyan Multi-State co-operative Credit Society, Limited Bank, for the Beed branch. This document is seen on page No.86.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that she would take a copy of the said document and have a conference talk with the petitioner, so as to make a statement on the next date.

List this petition on 09-04-2021, for passing orders". 3.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions, that the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this petition and further makes a humble prayer that costs may not be imposed. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed, as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
