We have heard Mr. Karne, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks reinstatement as a Headmaster and submits that he has been acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class.

The petitioner will have to take up appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Forum. The petitioner is at liberty to file such proceedings as is permissible in law. In that case all the contentions of the respective parties are kept open. 4.
