This application is for withdrawal of the amount of

(2) compensation deposited by the acquiring body. The appellant has deposited 75% of the total amount of compensation as directed by the learned reference court.

Considering that the applicants are entitled to withdraw 50% of the total amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking in this court. 4.

The application stands disposed off.
