Heard. This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0276/2022, registered at Pachora Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 324, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is informed that, Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code has now been withdrawn and the applicant is proposed to be prosecuted for the offence punishable under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code. The offence is bailable

one. In view of the same, I am inclined to allow the Bail Application. Hence the order :-

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0276/2022, registered at Pachora Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 324, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

(iv) The applicant to execute the bail papers and furnish surety post his release from jail.

(v) Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is requested to ensure that the applicant is released forthwith.
