The learned counsel submits that the appointment of the petitioner is approved by the Education Officer. Subsequently, the Commissioner issued notice to the petitioner as to why the approval should not be canceled. Though, the notices are issued on 23.05.2016 and 11.08.2017, no final decision has been taken as yet. The hearing is also concluded.

The competent authority shall take decision upon the show cause notice issued to the petitioner preferably within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
