The respondent No. 2 has filed an affidavit in reply stating that, the award is already passed in respect of writ land on 07.03.2001. The affidavit further states that, till this date possession of the land is not handed over by the concern persons, nor they have accepted the compensation amount. 2.

The learned counsel for petitioners states that, the petitioners have not instructed her inspite of communicating with them.

In the light of that, writ petition stands dismissed. However, dismissal of this petition would not come in the way of petitioners, in case they have any other right challenging the acquisition. No costs. Rule discharged.
