Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Amount of Rs.2,81,573/- is stated to have been deposited as directed by this Court. Taking into consideration the fact that the appeal has been filed, applicant is allowed to withdraw 75% of deposited amount subject to giving an undertaking that he would make the said amount good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the First Appeal.
