ORDER :

Civil Application Nos. 8341 and 8342 of 2015 are filed for condonation of delay caused in bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent Nos. 6 and 2 on the record. Heard both the sides. In view of the contents of the applications and as no intimation was given about the death to the applicants, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. Permission is given to bring the proposed legal heirs on record.

Notice to proposed legal heirs in main matter is waived by learned counsel Shri. Rane, who has instruction to appear for them. List the matter for admission purpose on 7.9.2015.
