The Applicant, who is the Respondent in the pending Writ Petition, prays for an out of turn final hearing in Writ Petition No.1395/2006 considering the fact that she is paid Rs.20/- per day as last drawn wages under Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Shri Bedre, learned Advocate for the Non Applicant, opposes the application.

In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. List Writ Petition No.1395/2006 for final hearing on 01.09.2016.
