I have heard the learned advocates for the respective sides. Considering that the appeal of the petitioner has been rejected by the School Tribunal in 2004, by way of interim arrangement, there cannot be a direction to the Management to appoint the petitioner in place of the deceased teacher Nanasaheb Laxman Kavde, who passed away on 22.05.2011. This Civil Application is, therefore, disposed off. List Writ Petition No.3691/2004 for final hearing on 02.04.2020.
