Mr. Devkate, the learned counsel for the applicant states that, there are only 285 registered members of the petitioner union and the cause is being agitated on behalf of only 285 members and the applicant is ready to deposit the court fees for 285 members.

The learned counsel further submits that, the list of members is already provided along with present civil application.

The office shall verify the said list and recalculate the court fees as per the list provided along with civil application. The petition would be restricted only to the extent of persons enumerated in the said list. The court fees shall be deposited within two (2) weeks from today. The civil application is disposed of.
