Mrs. Sangeet, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Tribunal failed to consider that the petitioner would be entitled to the benefit of the Government Resolution dated 29.05.2010 and would be entitled for the concession of two marks. The petitioner has secured 88 marks. The petitioner would come within the purview of the bench mark if two concessional marks are given. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the last person appointed from open part­time employee category is having 96 marks.

In view of the above, considering the case of the petitioner either way the petitioner would

In light of that, no case for interference is made out. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
