Issue notice to the respondents. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5. Mr. Sant, learned counsel waives notice for respondent No. 3.

Mr. Thorat, learned counsel submits that the vigilance is conducted, however, report is not served. The committee be directed to decide the proceeding within a period of one(01) month. The petitioner has completed his internship.

Considering the above, the petitioner shall appear before the committee on 05.11.2020. The committee shall decide the validation
