The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner never intended to withdraw the Writ Petition No.5010 of 2016, it appears that inadvertently, while mentioning other two matters for withdrawal, serial number of petitioner's writ petition in the cause list was wrongly mentioned. As a result, the order in respect of withdrawal of the

9533.16ca present petition came to be passed wrongly. He, therefore, submits that the said order may be recalled.

It appears that, due to some communication gap, inadvertently the petition came to be dismissed as withdrawn.

In the circumstances, the order dated 23rd June, 2016 passed in Writ Petition No.5010 of 2016 is recalled and the Writ Petition No.5010 of 2016 is restored to its original file. List the said writ petition on 22nd July, 2016.
