The petitioners are praying for quashment of the award dated 05.10.1979 declared by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Benefited Zone (JP), Aurangabad.

Admittedly, the petitioners are purchasers of the property after declaration of the award and as such, cannot claim entitlement in respect of the property. The petition is devoid of substance and as such, stands dismissed.
