Mr. Poul, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that he has challenged the judgment and order passed by the learned Family Court, Nanded dated 04.03.2021 thereby he is directed to pay maintenance of Rs.7000/- per month to Applicant No.1 & 2 (Respondent No.1 & 2 herein). He states that his salary is already attached and amount is being regularly deducted from the salary.

He further states that while challenging the order, there is a delay of 346 days caused in filing the Revision Application, for the reasons stated in Paragraph No.3 of the application.

Mr. Chetan Chaudhari, learned Advocate holding for Mr. Deshpande learned Advocate for Respondent, vehemently opposed this application. He states that the explanation is not proper and there is no sufficient cause for delay and prayed for injunction of the application. 4.
Considering the submissions and the reasons assigned in the application, the Criminal Application is allowed. The delay of 346 days caused in filing Criminal Revision Application Stamp No.6405/2022, is condoned.

Office is directed to register the Criminal Revision Application. 6.
