Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.68 of 2016, registered with Sakri Police Station, District Dhule, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 326, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC. 3.
This is a successive bail application of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant would argue that the applicant is languishing in jail since last six years. However, on the same ground, his earlier bail application was rejected. He would further submit that as per his information, around six witnesses have been examined.

Since there were no change-in-circumstances, the application stands dismissed. However, the prayer of the learned counsel for the applicant to conduct the trial on day-today basis may be considered, in view of the length of his languishing in jail. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) The bail application stands dismissed.
(ii) The learned Trial Court is directed to conduct the trial day-to-day and conclude it at the earliest. (iii) The prosecution and other co-accused who are in jail shall co-operate the Trial Court.
(iv) The Secretary, High Court Legal Services, SubCommittee, Aurangabad do pay the legal charges to advocate Mr. D. J. Patil appointed for the applicant as per the schedule.
