Today the learned AGP showed to the Court that by order dated 8.10.2014 the claim of the petitioner that he belongs to 'Rajput Bhamta', Vimukta Jati (VJ) is invalidated. The present proceeding was filed on 3.7.2014. It was listed before the Court first time on 4.8.2014. There was some interim order made by this Court on that day. As claim itself is invalidated, there was no question of keeping the present matter pending in which direction was claimed to see that during pendency of the proceeding before the Caste Scrutiny Committee, the protection is given to the petitioner. So, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. Interim relief is vacated.
