Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Looking at the nature of relief granted by the appellate court, it is difficult to consider that by vacating said order under the supervisory powers of this court, as observed by the appellate court, in multiplicity of litigation may be a fallout. It does not appear to be
(Order) (2) W.P. No. 08797 of 2017 a case wherein this court should cause any intervention. 03.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner urges that as the plaintiff has no right of semblance to the property and he is trying to base his claim on the basis of document purportedly notarized in 1992. The suit is only to vex defendant no.01. He urges that the trial court be directed to proceed with the suit expeditiously. He further refers to that the matter before the trial court is not being attended to diligently on behalf of the plaintiff. 05.
In view of the aforesaid, it is expected that the trial court would proceed with the suit and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
