Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent/State.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he has sold Gutka in the State of Karnataka. The facts have been discussed in detail in the order dated 25.07.2022. The prosecution has no material to satisfy that the applicant may be taken in a custody for interrogation. Considering the facts of the case and the allegations levelled against the applicant, this Court is of the view that the applicant has good case for anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.

ii) The interim protection granted by the order of this Court dated 25.07.2022 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE rrd
