Heard learned Counsel for the applicant - wife. The respondent - husband despite service remained absent. 2.

The applicant - wife is seeking transfer of Petition A No. 339 of 2022 pending in the Family Court, Ahmednagar filed by respondent - husband for getting divorce, to the Court of C.J.S.D., Omerga, Dist. Osmanabad.

According to the applicant - wife, she is residing alongwith her father and has also filed proceeding under the P.W.D.V. Act against respondent - husband wherein he has already appeared. There is no opposed to the application and Pooja K.

973-MCA-158-2023 since the respondent - husband is already attending the dates at Omerga, Dist. Osmanabad, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The Petition A No. 339 of 2022 pending in the Family Court, Ahmednagar is transferred to the Court of C.J.S.D., Omerga, Dist. Osmanabad for disposal according to law.

(iii) The respondent is directed to appear before the Court of C.J.S.D., Omega, Dist.

Osmanabad on or before 8th August, 2023.
