The applicants/petitioners pray for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 11/01/2018 by which registration was refused to the civil revision application for non removal of office objections.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. All office objections shall be removed on or before 30/08/2018, failing which this order shall stand recalled and the order of the learned Registrar dated 11/01/2018 shall stand restored. If all objections are removed, the said order dated 11/01/2018 is set aside and the writ petition be listed for admission on 10/09/2018. khs/AUGUST 2018/9716-d

For the reasons set out in the application, delay of 152 days is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rs.Five thousand only), which shall be deposited with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad CSR Fund") on or before 30/08/2018.
