The Petitioner claims to have preferred an application to the Deputy Collector, Bhoom, in relation to File No.1997/Dharmik/CR/62 and contends that the said application, seeking condonation of delay, is still pending. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits on behalf of the Respondents that, it will have to inquire, whether any such application dated __/07/2012 has been filed by the Petitioner or not?

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect Respondent No.3, if he has received the application dated __/07/2012, filed by the Petitioner and the same is still pending, to follow the due procedure laid down in law and after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, shall pass an order with reasons, expeditiously.
