The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 16.02.2022 whereby registration of their Second Appeal was refused due to non removal of office objections. There is also delay of 464 days. The respondents despite service remained absent. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C', subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1,000/- (rupees One Thousand only) Pooja Kale 1/2

905 CA 8415-2023 to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
