On 19.03.2024, this Court has passed the following order:- "On instructions the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant - Vasantrao Uttamrao Deshmukh died during the pendency of present appeal, hence seeks time to file appropriate application for bringing the legal heirs of deceased-appellant on record. The appellant to take appropriate steps for bringing the legal heirs of deceased-appellant on or before 03.04.2024, failing which appropriate order would be passed."
