The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is pending. The petitioner has appeared for CET examination. The committee be directed to decide the validation proceeding. The petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course.

The petitioner has approached the Court very late. The petitioner ought to have approached the Court earlier.

Considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, the committee, may, if possible, endeavour to decide the validation proceeding by 15.11.2020. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 27.10.2020.
