The amount appears to be deposited pursuant to the compromise arrived at in the Lok-Adalat. The Registry shall verify the identity of the applicant, the document of consent produced by her, it's veracity and if the amount is deposited in the present writ petition the same shall be allowed to be withdrawn, of course, after the Registry satisfies itself about the genuineness of the parties.

If the amount is deposited in the First Appeal as per the compromise, then the applicant will have to get the orders from the Court dealing with the First Appeals.

In view of the above, the civil application and the writ petition stand disposed of.

If the petitioner disputes about the quantum of the amount deposited as per the compromise, then the petitioner may file Execution Proceedings.
