Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the relief similar to the one being claimed in the civil application for issuance of a Degree Certificate even while the dispute as to the caste validity granted by this Court, has been stayed by the Supreme Court in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos.866-867/2022 dated 31.01.2022. He, therefore, submits that the application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a similar application in case the Supreme Court decides the issue. 2.
