After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it appears that there is no dispute about that finalisation of proposal, will have to be done at the end of the municipal corporation itself and, prayer clause "B" had been framed under misconception that respondent No.2 would be able to consider the proposal.

Having regard to aforesaid, respondents No. 3 to 5 may finalise the proposal as referred to in paragraph No.9 of order dated 24-09-2020 in the writ petition.
