Present civil application is filed for recall of the order dated 18.06.2019 issuing warrant to respondents No. 3 and 4 in the writ petition as inspite of service of notice, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 did not appear.

Mr. Pawar, the learned advocate for applicants/original respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that, there was communication gap between respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and him and on that day he could not appear before the Court though was instructed to

2 ca 7502.19 appear in the matter. The learned advocate submits that, he would file the affidavit on or before 16.07.2019. 3.

Considering the reason given in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The order dated 18.06.2019 issuing bailable warrant to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 is recalled. The civil application is disposed of. 4.

Place the writ petition on given date.
