Learned A.G.P. Mr. Tambe appearing on behalf of respondent Committee states that, two verifications will have to be carried out in the matter, one in respect of present contempt petitioner and the other in respect of validity granted to the person on which present contempt petitioner relies. He submits that, it would require little more time and presently committee is engaged in deciding the claims of students. He thus seeks accommodation. Hopefully the decision would be taken by the committee by 31st January 2021. Having regard to aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of.
