The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claims of the petitioners are pending with the Committee since the year 2015 and 2013 respectively. The same are not decided. The result of the petitioners' examination is withheld.

It is submitted by the learned Assistant and Additional Government Pleader that the vigilance has been conducted. The say has not been yet filed by petitioners.

Considering the above, we pass following order. 4.

The respondents shall decide the validation proceedings by 30th September, 2018. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 08th August, 2018. They shall file their say to the vigilance report on the said date and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. The petitioners shall not seek any adjournments before the Committee. The respondents shall not withhold the result of the petitioners' examination only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. However, the respondents shall not issue degree certificate to petitioners unless validity certificates are produced. The petitioners shall give an undertaking to the institution that in case their claims are invalidated, the petitioners will pay full fees for all the years. The writ petitions accordingly are disposed of. No costs.
