Learned Advocate for the petitioner points out from the sub paragraph below paragraph No.7 from the affidavit in reply on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 dated 26/07/2017, that the impugned order dated 09/06/2017 has been withdrawn by the letter dated 18/07/2017. This petition, therefore, can be disposed of in the light of the said affidavit.

Sub paragraph on page No.93 of the affidavit indicated by the petitioner reads as under :- "I further say and submit that, as per the decision taken in meeting dt.17/07/2017 of Task Force, the office order dtd.09/06/2017 has been withdrawn as per letter dt.18/07/2017 issued by Dist.Dy.Registrar Co.op.Societies, khs/SEPT. 2017/8108-d

Parbhani issued to the Auditor Grade-2 Co.op.Societies, Jintur, Dist.Parbhani. Copy of letter dtd.18/07/2017 is annexed herewith and marked as Exhbit R-1."

Considering the above and the statement made, this petition is disposed of, as being infructuous.
