We have heard Mr. Ambetkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Mrs. Zaware, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

According to the petitioner, the application given for intradistrict transfer is pending with respondent No. 4 (page No. 74). 3.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 4 submits that, respondent No. 4 would take decision upon the said application on its own merits, in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
