The F.I.R., vide Crime No.0446 of 2022 was registered against the applicants herein, with Chopda City Police Station, Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366-A of Indian Penal Code. That time, respondent no.2 was minor. Now, she has attained majority and married the applicant. Both applicant and his wife - respondent no.2 is present in the Court. Respondent no.2 gives express consent for allowing this application. According to her, she was at the place of her relations and never eloped with the applicant herein. Be that as it may.
