Instant application is fled for extension of time which was fxed by this Court by order dated 13.03.2020 in Writ Petition No. 1693/2005. It appears that submission was made for respondent Nos. 6 and 7 of the petition that they would like to fle a suit for declaration of their title over the disputed property. In view of this submission, the Court had directed them to fle the suit within two

ca7030.20.odt - 2 - months. The meaning of this order is not that this Court had extended the period of limitation, if there is any. It will be up to the Civil Court to consider all the issues which may involve in the suit. 3.

With these observations and for the reasons given in the application, the time given is extended till 15th December, 2020. Civil application stands disposed of.
