The present civil application has been filed for condonation of delay of 366 days caused in filing Appeal to challenge the judgment and decree passed in Petition No.A-201 of 2021 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Jalna on 24th March 2022, thereby the marriage between the applicant and respondent was dissolved.

In the meantime, the matter was referred for mediation and the matter is now settled before the learned Mediator. The terms of compromise have been placed on record, which are marked as Exhibit 'A'.
