Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

It appears that in pursuance of the directions issued by this Court, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded has reconsidered his earlier decision of transfer of the petitioner and has now, agreed to post the petitioner either in Degloor taluka or Kandhar taluka. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits

7007.16wp that while exercising the option for transfer, the petitioner has opted for some places in Degloor taluka. Since the respondent - Chief Executive Officer has agreed to reconsider the earlier decision and post the petitioner either in Degloor taluka or Kandhar taluka, which are adjacent to Mukhed taluka wherein petitioner's husband is serving, the concerned respondent to take decision within one week from today.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
