The petitioners/original defendant Nos.3 & 4 filed an application Exhibit-61 seeking modification and/or vacating the interim injunction granted in favour of the plaintiffs to their extent and/or for permission to sell 60 R. land from the suit property. The trial court, by giving proper reasons, has rightly rejected the said application. I do not find any error or perversity in the orders passed by the trial court. Therefore, the writ petition being devoid of substance is dismissed.

However taking into consideration the fact that, the Regular Civil Suit No.392/2012 is pending since almost 10 years. The trial is
